Change of the name of Set Picture Control [Cloud Picture Control] item to [Imaging Recipe]

The name of the Set Picture Control [Cloud Picture Control] item has been changed to [Imaging Recipe]. Along with this change, [Set Picture Control] > [Add Cloud Picture Control files] in the photo shooting menu and video recording menu has also been changed to [Download Imaging Recipes].
