New setup menu item: [Automatic monitor display switch]

[Automatic monitor display switch] has been added to the setup menu.

• When [On] is selected, the operation becomes the same as that of firmware version C:1.0x or earlier.
• When [On (when monitor docked)] is selected, the shooting display auto switch operation is not performed when the monitor is open. Even if you place your eye to the viewfinder, the shooting display will only appear on the monitor.
