The camera displays a TCP/IP error. |
Connection settings require adjustment. Check settings for the host computer or wireless router and adjust camera settings appropriately (Network Settings). |

The camera displays a “no memory card” error. |
The memory card is inserted incorrectly or not at all. Confirm that the memory card is correctly inserted ( Inserting Memory Cards ). |

Upload is interrupted and fails to resume. |
Upload will resume if the camera is turned off and then on again (Uploading Pictures). |

The connection is unreliable. |
If [] is selected for [] when you are connecting to a smart device, choose [] and select the channel manually (Wi-Fi Connection Settings). |

If the camera is connected to a computer in infrastructure mode, check that the router is set to a channel between 1 and 8 (Network Settings). |

[] and [] are grayed out and cannot be selected. |
These options are not available when the camera is connected via Ethernet or using a WT-6. Select [] for [] > [] in the setup menu (Wired LAN/WT Functions). |
