Ethernet/Wireless Transmitter Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for information on errors concerning Ethernet connections or the WT-6.
Problems and Solutions
Solutions to some common issues are listed below.

Solution |

|
Connection settings require adjustment. Check settings for the wireless router, ftp server, or host computer and adjust camera settings appropriately ( Creating a Network Profile (Ethernet) , Creating Network Profiles (WT-6) ). |
|
Check the error code. For more information, see “Error Codes” (Error Codes). |
|
|
“Connecting to PC” does not clear from the camera display. |
Check firewall settings (Firewall Settings). |
|
The camera displays the message, “Ethernet cable is not connected”. |
Connect an Ethernet cable or select [] for [] ( Connecting an Ethernet Cable , Attaching the WT-6 ). |

The camera displays a “no memory card” error. |
The memory card is inserted incorrectly or not at all. Confirm that the memory card is correctly inserted ( Inserting Memory Cards ). |

Upload is interrupted and fails to resume. |
Upload will resume if the camera is turned off and then on again (Loss of Signal). |
|
No connection is established when the camera URL is entered in a web browser in http server mode. |
Confirm that the browser is not using a proxy connection. |

The following messages and error codes may be displayed if an error occurs while the camera is connected via Ethernet or using a WT-6.
